Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data IntelOracle ("we", "us"), published by FlowAutomate LLC, collects on inteloracle.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Waitlist and newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, an optional first name, the product you said you are interested in, the page you signed up on, the referring page, and the time.
• Emails you send us. Whatever you choose to include.
• Server logs. Our web server records standard request data (IP address, browser, page requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. Logs are rotated and not used to build profiles.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. The site sets no cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To email you when Drop 01 opens and, if you stay subscribed, to send the newsletter.
• To answer you if you write to us.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Where it is processed

Sign-up forms are processed by an automation service we host ourselves and stored in a database we host ourselves, on a server operated for FlowAutomate LLC. A notification of each sign-up is sent to our team through a private messaging channel. We do not share your data with exchanges or other affiliate partners.

Affiliate links

When you click a partner link, you leave our site. The partner may set its own cookies to track the referral. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe with one click from any email, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@inteloracle.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights; we honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

The site is educational and open to everyone, but the waitlist is for people aged 16 or older. Crypto accounts generally require users to be adults; if you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before opening any account.
